Having been recently diagnosed with prostate cancer , I searched for an acupuncturist with good reviews , in order to get my head in the right space before commencing treatment. I have had 6 visits with Chi Balance and can highly recommend Kelly for her very personal , entertaining , professional and empathetic attitude to her patients. I have achieved really improved quality of sleep , am feeling more relaxed and am coping with cancer treatment really well. I will continue my visits during my rehab to counter the effects of radiotherapy. Today , I was introduced to a session of Remedial massage by Rebecca as well as acupuncture by Kelly.Wow !! Ready to slay dragons !!Thank you ladies for assisting me through a pretty traumatic time in my life.

I have been seeing Kelly for a number of years, I suffered with Plantar fasciitis for some time before finding Kelly. I now see Kelly for maintenance. Kelly is very caring, intuitive and dedicated to her practice. Love how cosy and clean this practice is.

I've had 3 sessions with Kelly so far since they opened their Wembley clinic. She is amazing! In all those sessions, she made me feel so comfortable physically and emotionally, that I was able to share to her all the health problems I am having. She made me realise I really need to look after myself and was able to address my problems through acupuncture. She is like a bestfriend who even makes jokes to make you feel more at ease meeting her, and that made it easy for me to open up to her about my health issues. And the venue has a very relaxing ambience. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When I first went to her, I had back, shoulder, and neck pain. After so much pain medications that only gave me temporary relief, I tried acupuncture. Best decision I ever made! They even have massage now too! I am taking my mother to her soon as she has many hormone imbalance that Kelly is also a pro on! So many health benefits of acupuncture that Kelly has shown me. Highly recommend this place and the lovely Kelly Lee! :)

I have been diagnosed with a shoulder bursitis. I’ve had numbness radiating from my shoulder down to my fingers. I refused to get a steroid injection and went to Kelly Lee to try acupuncture for the first time. I have been seeing her for the past 2 months and the numbness have gradually disappeared. Kelly is friendly, warm, and genuinely cares for her patients. She has such a beautiful soul. Highly recommend her. If you’re considering acupuncture for the first time, just do it. No harm in trying it out. And have a little patience. Don’t expect miracles form one treatment. You will see results if you’re consistent with your treatment!

Been quite new to acupuncture but Kelly (really friendly and talkative haha) always made me feel very welcome! From her greeting to making sure the room is cosy and warm (like electric blanket?!). I feel like Kelly goes all her way out to make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. After acupuncture, I always had a really good sleep the very night and sometimes it's weird, but my soreness/pain goes away right after it. Highly recommend!
